About flights assistance
Flight search engines are good at one thing: showing you the cheapest fare on a single route, on a single date, for a single traveller. They are much less good at multi-city routings, mixed-cabin trips, awkward connection windows, or the moment you realise the fare you clicked is non-changeable and your plans are not yet firm.
That is the gap GoTripWay works in. You call, describe the trip in your own words, and we do the searching, compare the routings, read the fare conditions out loud, and put a written summary in front of you before anything is confirmed.
We are an independent travel service provider. We are not an airline, and we hold no ticket stock of our own. Every reservation is made with the operating carrier or through a licensed distribution channel, and the airline’s own conditions of carriage govern your ticket.

Things worth knowing before you book
Practical detail, not filler. Every item here is something that has cost a traveller money or a departure.
Give yourself a real connection buffer
On a single ticket the airline owes you a rebooking if a connection fails. On two separate tickets it does not. If you are self-connecting, leave hours, not minutes.
Check the passport rule before the fare
Many destinations require six months of passport validity beyond your return date. A cheap fare is no use against an expiring passport.
Name on ticket must match passport
Middle names, hyphens and married names cause more denied boardings than delays do. Read your confirmation the day it arrives, not the night before.
Cheapest is not always cheapest
A fare that saves fifty dollars but charges a hundred to change is a bad trade on a trip that might move. Price the flexibility, not just the seat.

Sometimes a routing or fare combination is available through a distribution channel that consumer sites do not display, and sometimes it is not. We will not claim a secret discount — we will show you what we actually find.
Call us and we will work the rebooking alongside you. Note that compensation and rebooking obligations sit with the operating carrier under its conditions of carriage and applicable law, not with GoTripWay.
Yes. Tell us the group size and whether everyone must travel together on the same routing, and we will price it both as a group booking and as individual tickets so you can compare.
Any service fee is disclosed to you in writing before you authorise anything. You will never find a charge on your statement that was not stated to you first.
