Multi-country Europe
Where rail, short-haul air and a rental car genuinely need to be planned together.

Some trips are one flight and one hotel. Plenty are not: a flight in, rail across, a car for four days, a cruise out of a different port, and six people arriving from three cities who need to be in the same place on the same afternoon.
Travel Assistance is the service for those. Rather than booking each element separately and hoping the joins hold, we build the whole thing as one itinerary and pressure-test the connections in it.
It is also the service you use once the trip exists and something moves — a cancelled flight, a shifted meeting, an illness in the party — and you would rather explain it once to a person than restart five separate booking processes.
Air, rail, road, sea and accommodation assembled into one sequence, with every join checked for whether it is actually achievable in the time available.
Visa and entry rules, passport validity, transit requirements. We tell you what we found and point you at the official government source, because that is the only one that counts.
Multiple travellers from multiple origins converging on one date, with a single itinerary document and one point of contact for everyone.
When something moves mid-trip, you call one number rather than four providers, and we work the rebooking alongside you.
Benefits
Everything in one document, in order, with reference numbers and provider contacts attached.
We check whether each join is realistic, and flag the ones that are technically possible but a bad idea.
Disruption is easier when you explain it once.
Everything confirmed to you in writing, so there is no dispute later about what was agreed.
How it works
Nothing is reserved and nothing is charged until you say so.
Describe the trip as a whole, including the parts you are not sure about yet.
A proposed sequence with the elements, the joins and the decision points marked, before anything is booked.
The elements that constrain everything else — a cruise sailing date, a fixed meeting — are secured first and the rest is built around them.
A single itinerary with every reference number, every provider contact, and our number at the top of it.
Travel information
Practical detail, not filler. Every item here is something that has cost a traveller money or a departure.
Whatever cannot change — a wedding, a sailing date, a conference — is the anchor. Everything else is arranged around it.
We will check and tell you what we find, but rules change without notice. Confirm on the destination government’s own site before you fly.
A screenshot or printed itinerary works when roaming does not. Store passport and confirmation copies separately from the originals.
Some benefits, particularly cancellation cover, only apply if the policy was purchased close to the first booking. We do not sell insurance — buy it from a licensed provider, but do it early.

FAQ
It is help planning, booking and managing a trip that involves several elements or several travellers — building the itinerary, checking that the connections work, and being the number you call when something changes.
No. We are not immigration advisers and we do not issue visas. We will tell you what the published entry requirements appear to be and direct you to the official government source, which is the only authoritative one.
No. We recommend you arrange cover through a licensed insurance provider, and we suggest doing it early because some benefits depend on when the policy was bought.
In many cases yes, particularly with planning and with working out options during disruption. Where a booking was made through another provider, that provider controls the reservation and some changes can only be made by them.
Any service fee is disclosed and agreed in writing before work begins. We do not add charges after the fact.
